Updating Laravel 10 to 11

Upgrading from Laravel 10 to 11 is straightforward but requires attention to a few key steps. 

1) Upgrade PHP Version

2) Update composer.json

3) Run composer update

Use the following command to update your Laravel and other dependencies:

composer update

4) Verify Laravel Version

To confirm the upgrade, check your Laravel version by running:

php artisan --version

It should now display Laravel Framework 11.x.x.

5) Run Laravel Project

Finally, start your Laravel project using:

In terminal

php artisan serve

Your project is now successfully upgraded to Laravel 11!
